Information for Parade Participants

Dear Nobles,

Welcome to the 2026 Imperial Session in Ybor City, Tampa, Florida.  We are excited to have you participate in our Imperial Session Shriners parade.  Please use this link to complete your registration.  Please complete this by June 10, 2026. 

We will use this form to determine the size of our parade, and the amount of space needed to accommodate your vehicles.  Be sure to send your Temple’s Certificate of Insurance (COI) with your registration.  You will not be able to participate without the COI.

Things to know

Parade Marshal’s Meeting

There will be a Parade Marshal’s meeting at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 13, at Marriott Water Street, Meeting room 5.

Parade

The parade is on Tuesday, July 14. Lineup is at 6 p.m. on Nuccio Parkway, between Nebraska Avenue and 7th Avenue. Step off is at 7 p.m. Click here for a map of the parade route.

Viewing Parade location

The viewing area for the parade is along 7th Avenue. Ambassadors will be available to direct people to the viewing site.

Parking for Oversized Vehicles

We were unable to secure no-charge parking for oversized vehicles within a reasonable driving distance to the convention center.

Please visit http://www.tampa.gov/parking for parking information. 

This site lists garages and lots and rates for each. The Tampa Parking phone number is 813-274-8179. The Parking security office number is 813-274-8523 and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may want to call to determine the rate and what works best for the type of vehicle(s) you plan to park. There are secured parking facilities that are fenced and guarded with 24-hour access in and out that are 3.7 miles from the convention center. It is best if you make your own plans for your vehicle types and sizes, arrival and departure dates/times and access needs. You can select based up on your individual temple needs.

We apologize, but believe that this alternative will best provide for your individual requirements for floats, buses motorhomes, carriers, etc.
