In a time when fraternity recruitment can feel driven by perks, promotions or surface-level appeal, temples must move beyond transactional approaches toward building meaningful brotherhood. This session explores how purpose, belonging and authentic storytelling can strengthen recruitment and retention by fostering deeper connections among members. Participants will examine values-based recruitment strategies that align with the fraternity’s mission and reflect what it truly means to belong. Drawing from behavioral insights, leadership development and real fraternity and student organization examples, this interactive session challenges attendees to rethink recruitment not as selling a product, but as inviting men into a shared purpose and lifelong community. Participants will leave with a practical framework for cultivating a recruitment culture rooted in authenticity, shared values and intentional engagement that builds lasting commitment and pride in the fraternity experience.
