11 a.m. Arrival – Packaged snacks and beverages will be provided in the lobby/auditorium
11:05 a.m. Welcome remarks in auditorium
11:10 a.m. Hospital tours (5), starting at different points in the hospital
12:10 p.m. Tour completion and Q&A in auditorium
