Did you know that the first ever nighttime World Series Game was held in Pittsburgh? On October 13, 1971, the Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Baltimore Orioles 4-3 at Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh. The game broke a 68-year tradition of daytime-only World Series games.
