This information is for Marketplace vendors (non-fraternal) for the 2021 Imperial Session Marketplace in Houston, Texas.
Exhibitor fees and payments for Exhibitor booth fees are based on the booth classification and quantity of adjoining booths reserves at the same time. Booths are classified as preferred or regular. A booth layout diagram is provided in Figure 1 on page 7. Vendor fees and payments for Exhibitor booths are as follows:
After the Exhibitor has submitted the completed Exhibitor Booth Application and paid the associated binder fee, the 2021 Marketplace Committee of Shriners International Session of 2021, Inc. will:
Exhibitor Booths will not be reserved until the binder fees have been received.
Exhibitor Booths will not be confirmed until the Exhibitor Booth Contract has been executed.
Binder fees are due at the same time the Exhibiter submits the Fraternal Exhibitor Booth Application to Shriners International Session of 2021, Inc.
Full payment is required no later than Monday, March 1, 2021.
