Re: 2021 Imperial Session Parade
Dear Illustrious Sirs:
We continue to be encouraged by plans for the 2021 Imperial Session of Shriners International, and it is going to be first-rate! Time will pass quickly and you should begin finalizing your preparations without delay.
While we do not yet have written confirmation of permission to hold the Imperial Session Parade, from the City of Houston, we have credible information that our request will be granted. Therefore, our planning for this parade is necessary and worthwhile.
There will be one parade in Houston. The parade is planned to be held on Tuesday, July 6, with step-off at 6:30 p.m. It is imperative that you and your Parade Marshal or Director of Units for the parade attend the Parade Marshal’s meeting in Houston on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at 10 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Brazoria A room, located in the Marriott Marquis. You MUST have a representative at this meeting in order for your temple to participate in the parade. There is a parade registration form located online at http://www.imperialsession.com/. This online form must be completed as soon as possible. Please email Dale Dickman, Parade Marshal, at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Since you have the final responsibility for your units’ performance, we ask that close attention be given to Imperial parade regulations as printed in General Order (Call to Session). Any questions will be answered at the Parade Marshal’s meeting on July 4.
